Grace Gdaniec is a south Florida based artist and arts professional with experience curating contemporary art exhibitions, developing arts educational programming, and supporting artist studios since 2015. With a highly creative and artistic background, she has made sure that art has been a part of her life in many capacities. As Program Director at Arts Warehouse she curates and organizes contemporary art exhibitions with a variety of themes and mediums, showcasing artists diverse in their backgrounds and their work. The position also supports the resident studio artists during their residency at Arts Warehouse as well has planning special events and art workshops.
Grace has been invited to jury several shows including most recently the 37th Annual All Florida Exhibition in 2023 hosted by Alliance for the Arts in Fort Myers, FL and the 34th Annual Student Juried Exhibition at Stetson University, Deland, FL.
Before joining the team at Arts Warehouse in October 2017, Grace was the Director of Programming of Bailey Contemporary Arts in Pompano Beach, FL. Grace holds a BA in Studio Art with a minor in Art History from Stetson University in Deland, FL.
Maria Alcala Barcelo is a South Florida based arts professional with experience managing the administrative operations behind exhibition planning and public programs. With a background in Art History, and experience in assisting galleries, she seeks to promote the power that art has as an inspiring and educational area that unites and engages the community. Maria has also collaborated with artists to ensure the successful execution of gallery exhibitions, while encouraging active participation and learning, offering multiple ways for the community to get involved.
Before joining the team at Arts Warehouse, Maria was the Curatorial Assistant of the Florida Atlantic University galleries. Originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, Maria also practiced photography and advertising which reflects her creative background.
What better way to show your hometown some love than by joining the Community Redevelopment Agency! That’s what Dominique did, and he’s already making a great impact bettering Delray’s community members. During the week, you’ll find him working at the Arts Warehouse where he helps with installing exhibitions and setup for workshops/rentals/events, social media, design, and more. He’s also busy on the Saturdays at the Delray Beach GreenMarket. On the day of the Market, he facilitates the SNAP transactions and the Feeding Florida Fresh Access Bucks matching. Dominique finds the best part about his job is meeting so many artists, creatives, and people in general. He loves Delray’s interesting crowd and loves being a part of it. A born and raised Delray-ian, he believes that the people in Delray are what make the city so unique because they come from all walks of life, making things interesting.
