Workshop | Intro to Clay: Wheel Throwing

This workshop is suited for beginners to wheel throwing in clay, or intermediate artists looking for a two-hour refresh. No experience necessary!
Attendees will be guided through the techniques in throwing on the wheel including starting the form and getting used to manipulating the clay on the wheel. You will have the chance to form 2 – 3 items in clay.
Students will select the glaze color from 3 options that will be used on the piece (glazed by the instructor), once fired. This workshop does require a follow-up visit to pick up your fired pieces. You will be informed when works are ready for pickup.
Intro to Clay: Wheel Throwing is best for students ages 16+
All materials will be provided. This workshop is limited to 6 students.
