Art Lab | Intro to Yupo Paper

This class will explore how versatile and dynamic Yupo Paper can be. If you haven’t worked with Yupo paper before, it is a material that is non absorbent, so that the mediums have a chance to be manipulated and reworked before it dries. Students will be guided through creating landscapes and images using energetic strokes of color with abstract painter Karen H. Salup.
This class is great for beginners or experienced artist alike!
*Note this is a two part class. Students must attend both and registration reserves your spot for each class.
Class 1: Jan 21st, 2020 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Class 2: Jan 28th, 2020 10:30 – 1:30 PM
Arts Warehouse will provide:
- Yupo Paper
- Foam Core for Backing
- Oil Pastels
Student Supply List
- Acrylic Paint (must have at least black)
- Watercolor Paint (must have at least black)
- Alcohol
- Pallet paper to layout paint
Extras for Part II
- Rubber Brayers
- Stencils
