WALK DONT WALK serves as inspiration for conversation and change, exploring significant issues of our time. It is a place for reflection. It is an opportunity to see the double meaning in everyday objects. A place to take a second look, to catch the play on words, and to solve the riddle. Todd Lim is a local artist based in Lake Worth whose painting, screenprint, sculpture, and installation primarily explore social psychology. Engaging himself with the viewer, Lim layers images that speak to the them on many levels simultaneously. With a nod to the pop art culture of the ‘60s, Lim is inspired by the eye-popping energy and colors found in packaging and everyday objects. Lim has works exhibited in museums and galleries around the country.
