This studio space has 6 easels, one work table and a deep sink for artists to work. Each artist can set up his/her space with our easels as part of the Affiliate Artist program or the space can be used for small classes/talks. This room can be closed with a door to the rest of the studios, but resides with the creative community of the Artist in Resident hall.

Artist in Resident Studios
The Arts Warehouse offers affordable studios and artist advancement, among other amenities, to professional, emerging, and mid-career artists of local, national, or international origin.
The Studio Residency Program offers 15 studios with the capacity to have 26 artists at below-market prices starting at $2.00/ Sq. Ft. Studios are located on two floors with elevator access. Each studio has a sink and varies in size and cost is calculated with respect to size. Studio rents range from $378.78/month – $1132.06/month including tax. Studio 5 is the designated shared pottery studio for two approved potters. The rent is $428 each potter per/month.
Resident Artists’ work is eligible to be installed next to the door of their studio. We list every artist on this website with URL links to their proprietary websites. Networking and professional development opportunities include Open Studio evenings, exhibition receptions, and organized studio visits with recognized art professionals. Information on exhibition and further professional opportunities at the Arts Warehouse and beyond are regularly communicated as received. Our facilities are open 24/7 to our resident artists.
