Join local attorney Zachary L. Catanzaro as he discusses the legalities on building and protecting your brand as an up-and-coming artist. This workshop will explore marketing issues including: the basics of marketing and branding; protecting your brand through trademark and copyright registration; and protecting your studio’s website.
This workshop will be held during the September Art Crew meeting. Registering for this class gets you free entry to the meeting.

About the Speaker:
Zachary L. Catanzaro is an entertainment and small business lawyer who focuses on intellectual property issues. Zachary is an active member of the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, and the South Palm Beach County Bar Association. Zachary holds a degree in law from St. Thomas University, a B.A. in business management and marketing from Florida Atlantic University, and a music performance minor from Florida Atlantic University. Zachary teaches as an adjunct professor in St. Thomas University School of Law’s Intellectual Property certificate program. Zachary’s clientele includes international entertainment agencies, performing artists, and visual artists.
