Call for Vendors – 2022 Warehouse Market

Join us at Arts Warehouse for a special pop-up marketplace of fine artists, makers, & creatives. This event is for all ages. The Warehouse Market takes place in the White Box Space – a 3600sqft indoor warehouse space. This event is air conditioned, weatherproof, and a great opportunity to share your work with local patrons. There will be special activations such as face painting, live music, refreshments for sale, a few food vendors, and other exciting additions to the vendor booths.
Warehouse Market is also seeking vendors for different special activities, such as face painting, henna art, caricatures, interactive crafts or games, storytelling, etc. that would be available for Market attendees to participate. Please note that available vendor space at the Warehouse Market is limited. All applications will be reviewed and scored by the Arts Warehouse team. Applicants are scored first and foremost on the quality, creativity, originality, and branding of their wares. Secondary consideration is given to maintaining an eclectic, complementary mix of vendors and artisans. The team will also consider the “shop/store” design that will be created and set up in the market and submited as part of the application. The Arts Warehouse team is committed to curating a diverse and interesting market to draw the largest number of serious customers.
All items sold at the market must be original and made by the artist/maker. ***PLEASE NOTE: Vintage items will only be allowed as a complement to handmade items from the artist; we will not approve applications for vintage-only booths. We will allow branded handmade art collectives and mobile entities to apply. If you have a question about this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The artist(s) or artist representative must be in attendance for the entire duration of the market. He/She is responsible for day security in his/her booth and agrees not to leave the booth unattended. He/She agrees to the use of his/her name and photos of his/her art in promotions for the market and to the use of any photos from the event for any further promotions for future events. All vendors are responsible for paying any applicable sales tax to the FL Department of Revenue for items sold at the market and shall in no way hold Arts Warehouse or its representatives responsible for tax collection, reporting, or compliance.
Application submission does not does not guarantee acceptance into the market.
The artist is responsible for bringing any necessary display equipment and signage — no tables, or table linens will be provided. Folding tents are welcome to use at your booth, and are encouraged to create a nice booth experience. Please note, booths will be freestanding and will not have access to any wall space for hanging. If the vendor wishes to hang any items in their booth, they would need to provide their own structure.

- $25.00 booth Fee
- Power is limited, on a first come first serve basis
- If you are accepted into the Market you will be notified and sent an invoice to make your payment via the Square. You will also receive event logistics and marketing links for your use.

If you are no longer able to attend the Warehouse Market, refunds of the booth fee will be able to be processed up to 1-week prior to the event (April 16th, 2022). Any date after that, thank you for your donation.
By participating in the market, all artists agree to exhibit their work at their own risk. Arts Warehouse and its representatives will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items and will not be held responsible for personal injury to the artist. Arts Warehouse does not guarantee specific numbers of attendees or sales for vendors. No refunds shall be given due to cancellation or interruption of event beyond the control of Arts Warehouse. This agreement has been read, understood and entered into voluntarily and freely by the applicant, and shall become effective upon submission by the applicant.
If your application is accepted for the event, the Arts Warehouse team will send you an invoice for the appropriate booth fee.
