Art Space | Coworking Art Studios

Calling all artists! Bring your own materials* and set up in either of the shared studio spaces anytime during the scheduled time frame. Must register through Eventbrite.com (link below) to use the Studios.

Tuesdays 12pm – 7:30pm 

Thursdays 9am – 2pm 

$15/session

*Please note there is no storage available. All of your materials must leave with you.

Two studios to choose from:

WET STUDIO | sink, 6 easels, white board and 1 standing table and stools, natural lighting (in artist studio hallway)

DRY STUDIO | 6 tall work tables, stools and natural lighting (off gallery)

Please note, there is no storage available for artists. All equipment tables, easels, stools are limited to first come first serve. Please read FAQ’s for more information.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

18 and up

Do bring your own supplies
Clean up your area after use
Don’t bring guests
Don’t sell art work or try to teach (we love teachers talk to us about the possility of teaching)
Don’t blast music | please listen using headphones
Share the space | equipment is first come first serve
Don’t leave anything behind | We don’t have storage and will dispose of anything left in the room

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from Arts Warehouse?
Event Parking: Street parking along 3rd Street and 3rd Avenue is free. There are two public parking lots marked in yellow on the map below which are north of Arts Warehouse on 3rd Avenue. Arts Warehouse is a short walk from the main downtown areas and Pineapple Grove garages. PLEASE do not park in the dirt parking lot at the northwest corner of 3rd & 3rd (denoted with a red X on map below) as it is not a public parking lot.

The use of Uber, The Delray Downtowner, and carpooling is encouraged.
